Jim and I are so excited for our upcoming move to Conway and we could not have had a better realtor to guide us in this process! Robert asked us to bombard him with houses we were interested in seeing. He knew exactly what we were looking for and did not show us anything that didn't meet our specifications. We shared many laughs along the way. Not only did Robert find us the perfect house, but he talked me off the ledge on numerous occasions through the application process. We would not hesitate to recommend Robert to help with your real estate needs. He knows his job, is honest and forthcoming, and can answer any questions. If he's not sure, he finds out the answer and gets back with you. I was very impressed with Kristin, I have worked with many agents and she was by far the BEST. She knew exactly what the property would sell for and had us a buyer in no time. Kristin helped us in the selling and buying process. Her knowledge and dedication as our agent made me feel at ease. Being first time sellers, she took the time to educate us on the process which helped alleviate the stress. She listed our house and it was under contract within 10 days. When it was time to look at homes, she worked with our schedule even being available on Sundays and in the evenings.
